David's visit

David actually came to visit! If only he had come earlier in the summer, he probably would have quit his job and come to stay. In fairness, we would have had to get a bigger house. This little cabin would have been too cozy.

We drove the Beartooth hiway to Red Lodge, went over to Belfry, and then to Cody. We looked in the shops and had lunch at the Irma, Buffalo Bill's hotel. We drove home over the Chief Joseph scenic highway. Had dinner at the Beartooth Cafe, (is there anywhere else to eat?)

It was fun to have him here and to have someone to do things with.

I will be heading home on the 30th. I am sad to see it come to an end, but it will be nice to live with somebody again.
